Went to a C&C in Wixom, MI, today (working on the post), and this car pulls up. My first thought was "that's an awkward Ferrari...". Before it even parked, I glimpsed at the badge, and the little gerbil in my head starts moving. It then clicked in my head....ITS A !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! !!!!
I know there were some posts on oppo before wondering if this thing exists, me included. But, the guy drove up in one! Actually, the driver was Jeff Lemke CEO of Falcon Motorsports, and he was accompanied by his wife.
What makes this car so awesome, to me, is that it's made in Holly, MI! A supercar being made in my home state is too cool!
I'm not crazy about super cars but....I love this one...

I really like it!

Looks like it came out of Burnout3, looks nice.

I know, its gorgeous! I got the guys business card, I want to see if it's possible to just visit the factory and what not, :).
Also $kaycog, saw this as well. First time I ever laid eyes on a GT. It's a beauty as well...

Looks angry, and I like it.

It does, doesn't it? Awesome! :)

I like it, personally. Seen it 3 or 4 times. Doesn't help that I live around 5 minutes away from where they're built.

Man, and I thought the S2k was driver-centric! Yowza.

And squinting. But thats because its really focused on the road ahead of it, as its speeding away from you, :).
![]() 09/20/2014 at 19:32 |

Psh, now you're just making me jealous. Do you know if they let people come visit? Do they sell merch? Like posters and such?
![]() 09/20/2014 at 19:34 |

Holy heck, you're right! It's like a real life Super Type 1!
![]() 09/20/2014 at 19:35 |

Honestly, I have no idea. I keep telling myself to check it out, but I keep forgetting about it. I'll have to find out sometime.
![]() 09/20/2014 at 19:44 |

Technically, if you see it squinting and angry, it's probably speeding towards you.

Oh, yeah! Absolutely gorgeous GT! Thanks for sharing. A tour of the Falcon factory would be very interesting.

Nah, Autozone. :)
![]() 09/20/2014 at 20:22 |

Very true. But I do like how's it's not a Italian super car. And on top of that, it's a Michigan-made car. To me, that is just too cool.
![]() 09/20/2014 at 20:33 |

I would be excited too if I had seen this car.
![]() 09/20/2014 at 20:38 |

This car seems familiar...

Man that gear shift is at an extreme angle. Damn good looking car though.
![]() 09/20/2014 at 20:42 |

I saw a car today that was even worse....lets see if I can find it....
No idea how that would work.

How so? :)
![]() 09/20/2014 at 20:52 |

Oh yeah. And I just posted the rest of the car pics. A lot of cars to be excited about, :).

"I know there were some posts on oppo before wondering if this thing exists, me included. But, the guy drove up in one! Actually, the driver was Jeff Lemke CEO of Falcon Motorsports, and he was accompanied by his wife."
—-This makes it less impressive.
That being said, front looks great. Back is meh.

Overall that's an impressive looking car, but the Pep Boys tail lights and steering wheel kinda ruin it for me. Never the less, awesome find sir!

Looks like Viper headlights they surrounded with squinty angriness.

I was in Detroit (my hometown, BTW) and staying at the Westin on Washington two years ago when I saw one of these things pull out of the parking garage. At that time, I couldn't identify it...it was just too far away, but, I knew from the exhaust note as it blasted its way towards the Zombie Hotel and Tiger Stadium, it definitely wasn't Italian.
I just assumed it was a very well done kit car of some sort.
I've been trying to figure out what that car was for two freaking years !
Now I know.
Thank you.

Ha, you're welcome! I only found it out because there was a post on whether or not it exists, and what it was. It was right after the Super Replica posts, so I was very skeptic of the company, :).

It's really strange how this manufacturer has stayed so far under the radar for this long.
I grew up in Fenton, and I am also pretty well plugged into the car and racing world, and this thing is absolutely unknown within the industry.

NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
![]() 09/21/2014 at 19:31 |

Well, the car/company has been around since at least '11 . And it's a low volume car, because the operation is so small. I plugged in their address to google earth, and the building is pretty small too.

One of the worst rear ends.......in the world.
![]() 10/27/2014 at 17:23 |

Yes, it exists. I did the development driving on the prototype. The car has a ton of potential and a ton of performance. They just need to sell more of the damn things!
I'm driving it anytime it's moving in the following video:

To everybody saying these cars have been unknown, they have been at NAIAS for the last 3 years.
![]() 10/28/2014 at 09:35 |
|
What's NAIAS?
![]() 10/28/2014 at 09:36 |

Wait, so you work for Falcon?!
![]() 10/28/2014 at 21:12 |

I was contracted to do the initial shakedown and setup on the prototype, much of which helped to develop the production version.

So is there anything to see at the Falcon building near Fenton, MI?
![]() 10/30/2014 at 13:01 |

That's where they're built. Email me and I'll see if Jeff is interested in providing a tour.

Sent. Also, do you know if there is any falcon f9 merchandise, such as diecast cars? I'd would love to buy some. I figure I should ask in-case my search come up empty.

They used to have a merchandise section on their website, but I no longer see it. Jeff might be able to hook you up.
